Victor M Diamond in the Rough

Just picked up this early Victor M. I have not done a thing to it.
My observations:
The cabinet needs work but can be saved.
I think the horn is an older repro, but please correct me if I'm wrong. I think I have an original horn that would work.
I think that the traveling arm is also a repro.
The reproducer is a later triangular hole one that has a long throat conversion.
It's missing the bullet brake.
Crank is a repro.
But...
The motor runs and looks good to me.
Has the original record hold-down screw.
One day, I hope to post "after" pictures....
