Sonora Tip Out Record Sleeves

I would like to one day try and reproduce the record sleeves from my Sonora Invincible. I have the originals, but I removed them because the paper is too brittle to use and the seems are split. I thought that I would post photos of one of the intact sleeves so that anyone who wants to could reproduce them.

Even though you show rulers next to the sleeves, the dimensions are difficult to discern accurately. I am re-posting your pic, with specific dimension requirements needed in inches, to see if these could be made reasonably.

More details. There's a strong paper triangle in the corner supporting the tipping slot and gromet.

Thanks for the extra info... One more question: Is the edge that has the little number tab attached, folded (like the bottom of a file folder)? This is important because it determines the unfolded length when laying it out with the flaps laid open.

It will take a large oversize piece of paper to lay it out. The length and width are 12"x12", plus 1.5" for the flap, so 13.5"x13.5". The piece of paper to make this folder needs to be 13.5" wide x 13.5"+12" or 25.5" long. I don't know if that size paper is available in a green card stock.

After some research: 14"x26" green 100# cover card stock is next to impossible to find and expensive. 14"x26" 100# cover can be found in glossy white only, so that might be a problem.

Next, on a practical note, what would a reasonable price be per folder?

Hello Curt.
The side with the tab is folded over. I have no idea what the market would be willing to pay, but I'm afraid that the customers would be very limited. I'm sorry to hear that green card stock is impossible to find. I might have to special order some when I get my life back. I uploaded the photos in case anyone was interested in producing a set of their own. I was planning on trying to make my own set at some point. Punching the grommet doesn't appear to be a challenge, but getting the curved slot just right might be difficult. Right now I'm busy with a house rehab with the goal of selling it in the summer. My second dose of vaccine is in mid May so I will gradually reintroduce myself and my wife to fun again. I can hardly wait. :)
