There's a wealth of information available to beginning or advanced collectors. I wish we had an area in the forum to list reference books as well as an evaluation of the material. We could also list where the book is available and cost.

Great idea Jerry. Some books are hard to find as well, and someone may not know that they want to seek out a particular title because of its obscurity. One title that comes to mind is "The Illustrated History of Talking Machines". An expensive book, but one that is very helpful but not as readily seen.
