Wanted: Winding Gear Victor Type R

I am r looking for a replacement winding gear for a Victor Type R. Unfortunately the ratchet pawl has chew the original gear up and it will need replaced. Other than that, it is a completely unmolested survivor. Also, does anyone drill out and tap the needlebar thumb screw? Please let me know. Thanks.

Here is the gear that I need. As you can see, it is pretty chewed up!

That's not a gear. It's the winding ratchet, and it's not in such bad condition. Some very careful filing should remove the burred over areas and return it to function. BTW, it's not meant to work well when the motor is upside down, as shown. The ratchet pawl depends on gravity to function correctly. A common issue when bench testing a motor like this. So, if the problem is occurring when upside down, try it back in the cabinet.
UPDATE: I zoomed in closer and now agree that it's pretty badly worn. I think the ratchet pawl is also very worn, which may have contributed some...

Thanks for the clarification on the terminology. It works just as poorly right side up. I'm going to be sending the winding ratchet up to George Vollema so he can see if he can match one up for me.
