I'm thinking this will work and may be worth a try for $26.34 with free shipping. It works both wired or wireless with Bluetooth...

And there are others at varying price points, but who needs the best fidelity to record acoustic records through a horn?

I play records and use the huawei mobile phone for recording, and results are good!

Great idea, Inigo... Use a smart phone, which almost everyone already has... Cheaper than $26.00 - wish I had thought of it...
