Craigslist ad from Clovis, New Mexico for 5 Edison cylinders. Not my ad, and I don't know or collect cylinders but thought it was neat coming with the box.

If the correct cylinders are in those boxes, they are the notoriously fragile black wax 4 min. Amberols, which break if you look at them wrong... $300 is a ridiculous price for five of them, unless they are rare titles, even then they might not survive shipping and shattered cylinders are worthless.

Best idea: skip them and look for celluloid Blue Amberols or Indestructible cylinders...
