Info needed. Has anyone seen this odd Columbia BG version??

Hi, I'm trying to find out how this modified BG mech operates. It appears that the added arm tips back at the end of the cylinder, allowing a hanging weight to pull the reproducer back to the start. I'm not sure how it flips the lever back forward once it returns. This device was added for coin operated play. All I have is the image, so if you have this player, please contact me. Thanks for your help!
