Here's a soundbox from an Indian Ebay seller. I bought a few HMV 5A and 5B soundboxes from similar sources when the prices were reasonable and they worked out well for parts.
This one looks interesting. The needle bar looks recent but then it also looks familiar. Junk or treasure.

I noticed this aswell and thought complete junk. Crudest long throat conversion I’ve seen not to mention the condition of the rest of it. I can’t make out the name at the top of the front. ‘Exorbitant’? as in the price perhaps. I sometimes wonder why so called third world countries have some of the highest prices on eBay.
That said this is a curious version of the exhibition soundbox and the word ‘Geschutz’ appears to be present. A similar word to copyright or patented, how would they get away with that unless it was a Deutsch Grammophon product? I wish I could see more of the script.

The needle bar is from an HMV No. 4, isn’t it?

In Spain I've seen copies labeled EXPOSITION, which could be a swiss product?

The Exposition was sold by Beka of Berlin. Here is their 1911/12 catalogue image :

Many thanks for showing how the soundbox should look!
The link to the German site is great. I have not seen that section before.
