I also picked up this Columbia Long Throat Reproducer. I haven't seen one like this. The outside diameter is 1 ⅞" as compared to the smaller Columbia Concert Long Throat found on the likes of the AJ Top Wind which is 1 ¾" outside diameter.

I'm taking this off the top of my head, so someone can correct me if I'm wrong. I believe what you have is Columbia's knock-off of Victor's Concert soundbox. Not common, as it was made for just a few years because Victor sued Columbia and won. If I may digress slightly. Benjamin Franklin didn't believe one should patent his/her inventions because they should freely benefit humanity. Victor didn't share Franklin's sentiments and aggressively sued anyone for patent infringement.
