WANTED: Uncommon Victor governor drive gear

Hello all. I'm on the hunt for an early style governor drive gear. It's the wide tooth version with 29 teeth. The particular gear I am trying to replace is from my Victor Junior. It's completely shot and has a wobble for whatever reason. I've checked out the spindle and it's in great shape, no bends. So the wobble is a mystery. The gear ends up binding on the governor worm at a certain point and the machine runs down as the gears scrub together. I've observed the same gear on my very early VV-VIII, 1912 variation VV-VI, and my Type Z Victor. Been searching high and low for this gear, I have talked to George Vollema of Great Lakes Antique Phonograph and not even he could come up with one. He told me they are rare. This is the only thing stopping the machine from being fully restored. Attached are some pics of the gear. Thanks.
