I've seen this kind of permanent needle with wire inside, but never knew of this before... Any of you have seen this?

I think (and this is just a guess) this is similar to an "Ever play". You might be able to wind it back up so it's short enough to play.

But it seems to be a much heavier affair than the small Everplay! Very bulky!
It's not mine, I've seen it at a Spanish website, for 50€...
