Identifying phonograph doll

I acquired a phonograph doll a few years ago. I have not found any branding information on the doll, so I am not sure how to identify the maker. Is there any guidance to figure out the manufacturer? I know that some of the dolls use a similar mechanism, so I presume that does not provide any help.

Thanks,
Bill

The photos I have seen of the Mae Starr doll have the “Mae Starr” brand on the back of the neck. This doll does not appear to have anything and is about 26” long—somewhere I read that Mae Starr dolls are about 29” or 30”. It also has a knurled knob rather than a lever switch for the cylinder. Does that mean that this is a Madame Hendren Dolly Rekord?
