Norcross Record -- Casey and the Dude on the Streetcar

I have a brown wax Norcross cylinder record of " Casey and the Dude on the Streetcar ". The spoken announcement on the record clearly gives the title and " Norcross Record " but I am having difficulty understanding the name of the performer . Can anyone please tell me the identity of who made the recording ? It is not Russell Hunting . Appreciate any help ! Regards Dulcetto
