No doubt our German speaking members can do better than this.
The machine appears to be a Pathéphone adapted to play lateral cut records.

Actually, nearly correct translation only missing the word "under": " Our paramedics at gramophone entertainment under blooming snowball tree". Not sure what a snowball tree is, but that's what they wrote
