Do any members have information on this interesting early Graphophone?? An actress is singing or talking into it. Don't know what publication it would be from.

The image I believe is out of a Bettini catalog. Sarah Bernhardt recording on Bettini's machine in his New York studio 1892.

Was this more likely Bettini's New York (Fifth Ave.) office in 1892?

The address indeed was on the top floor of the 'Judge' Building (named for the famous publication) where Bettini's office studio was located. That was also known as 110 Fifth Avenue. The building still stands.
If one looks up Bettini in the Sutton book on record manufacturers, the location is described as two entirely different places (from each other)!
