Hi everyone, I have a Berliner and the teeth on the fiber gear are almost completely gone. Is there anybody out there who would be able to install a new gear on my Berliner?

Contact phonospud (Darren Wallace) on this forum. I think he cuts them and will install.

I would recommend counting the teeth required for your motor. If an early American model, I believe the tooth count is 148 (3 ⅛") not 144 (3 1/32") which is used on later Berliner motors. Darren Wallace should know once he knows the model.
Hope this helps.

Here are a couple of links to the gear replacements I have done. I had a batch of these gears made and sold most of them to Ron Sitko. Not sure if the new owner has them yet. I had to make the brass rivets because the heads are very thin so they don't hit the inside top of the case.
