Let me share another great and rare find.
This time it’s an Edison Bell Commercial Phonograph. Made around 1895 by the Edison Company for the British market.
It was the painter Francis Barraud who originally used this type of phonograph for his famous painting of His Masters Voice.
The Edison company was not interested in the painting so Barraud borrowed a Gramophone of the Gramophone Company
and replaced the phonograph by the Gramophone. The rest is all history. I will very soon offer this rarity for sale on Ebay.
