The B-19 "Chalet" was a cheap machine so it is unusual to see one in expensive Chinoiserie finish, mounted on a matching disc storage cabinet and with both standard and LP reproducers.

Indeed quite unique! Edison produced some high-end cabinets, but it is the first time I see a two-piece model like that. Could it be a custom-built machine tailored to fit a specific decor?

It would almost certainly have been made to a specific customer order, with the Chinoiserie finish carried out by specialist decorators.
Very few manufacturers catalogued Chinoiserie models. In the UK I only know of the Columbia No.50a and the Edison Bell 248.
