I'm really curious if these records are really rare because I've never seen them listed online for auction even in the archives.

Maybe they were not that popular at the time? After going through the archives of UCSB since 2006. I'd say these two have stood the test of time.

I have "Nobody" by Bob Roberts on Indestructible 2-minute cylinder but I don't have the Bert Williams record.
