That's a pleasant earworm, isn't it? I have asked the video creator for this information, but he's currently out of town so it will be a few days before he can check. I'll report back...swamprad wrote: Fri Dec 24, 2021 10:28 am Does anyone know what the song is that is playing on the website preview page? Thanks.
According to the Soundhound application on my phone, it's "That's You, Baby" by George Olsen and Irving Mills, available on an issue called "The Naughty 1920s: Red Hot & Risque Songs of the Jazz Age, Vol. 2" (Apr. 4, 2012).swamprad wrote: Fri Dec 24, 2021 10:28 am Does anyone know what the song is that is playing on the website preview page? Pretty sure it's Hal Kemp's version, as "Carolina Club Orchestra', on OKeh 41237. Fantastic record, as all of Kemp's OKehs and early Brunswicks are.gunnarthefeisty wrote: Sat Dec 25, 2021 12:15 am What a marvelous rendition of That's You Baby. I hadn't realized how great it sounded- I'll have to pull out my copy for a listen!
