I made the outer piece full size per the attached drawing but the inner piece is ¼” less on the bottom and ⅜” on the top which allows the grill to easily slip into the top and bottom grill slots in the cabinet. I scaled the dimensions as best I could from Model 100 photos. I’m not an accomplished woodworker and it took me months to complete. Now if I can just figure out what color the grill cloth should be.
