Trying to fix a Mignophone portable from Paris and would like to ask if anyone knows where I can find a reproduction red rubber connector? Or any ideas on how to make a replacement.
Thank you in advance.

I have made this stuff, but used food coloring instead of oil-based paint.

I've seen new red rubber connectors for Pathé tone arms on eBay France (ebay.fr). Not sure if you'd be able to adapt it to your machine by stretching it somewhat.
If you just type "Pathé connector" in the search box, you should see them. Unfortunately, I cannot access ebay from work; otherwise I'd send you a link.

I would post this in our European section. This rubber connector was also used on the Gypsy model. You could try and glue it with crazy glue and carefully soften with a heat gun. I had to do this (heat gun) with mine as it was flattened from storage. Went right back to shape.

Now that I see the picture posted by Gramophone78, I know the Pathé rubber connectors won't work so I retract my previous post, not knowing how to erase it.
Sorry
