The Talking Machine Forum — For All Antique Phonographs & Recordings

As you know, there are three screws that secure the Columbia reproducer to the tonearm on most of the earlier Columbia machines. I've attached a picture. The rubber grommet (?) that surrounds each screw has hardened and become brittle. Are replacements available for these? If not, what have others done?
