WANTED: Pathé tonearm base or complete arm

Hello all.
Here we go again, more parts needed. I purchased a Pathéphone model VI, and after the fact discovered that there is a broken part in the tonearm base. The tonearm still works, but the part in the base that holds the tonearm is broken enough that the tonearm is loose. See pics. Any help is appreciated. I prefer to buy only the base but would buy the whole tonearm if necessary.
Thank you
John Robles

Besides repairing the broken rod bed, the perimeter bed into which the tonearm sits and slides must be polished and well greased for better smooth function and proper airtightness. Marked in red in the photo

Thanks. Any idea how the rod support comes out? There is that circular piece at the bottom end that secures it, I don't know if it should screw off or if it needs to be opened up a little or what.

Looks in the photo as two pieces. The rod bed is attached to something that looks like an inner sleeve sliding up from the base into the outer sleeve, isn't it? They could be, though, jammed due to time to swelling and oxidation... Or maybe it is screwed in from below... If you confirm this, you could put penetrating oil to see if it gets loose. Sometimes also putting the piece in the freezer loosens it, due to different expansion of the two metal parts. Be very careful, for they could be made of pot metal, which tends to break at the slightest force!

Here is how the rod is held into the tonearm base. if I can figure out how to remove it then I can work on the broken part. if either screws on or it has to be widened where the slot is.
