Hello Everyone!
I am looking for a Victrola #2 reproducer diaphragm screw. Its the small screw that sits in the center of the mica diaphragm and connects to the tone arm bar. The one for my reproducer had come loose and when I was attempting to tighten it, it popped out and escaped to the depths of my floor forever. Thank you!

Thanks a bunch dave! I really appreciate it!

Oh no! That's tragic. Were these brass or steel? Possible to put a magnet on the end of a stick and just go all around the floor in hopes it sticks? As my eyes get worse I find that my kid's most useful traits is finding those escaped screws that always get away from me...

Steel, at least mine were.
I always used a magnetized screw driver to screw them in.

Have you tried looking after the screw with a powerful light beam parallel to the floor? I use the light from my mobile phone placing the phone vertical on the floor so the light beam runs by it; this enhances the shadow of anything on the floor.... the best for looking for small screws, needles or whatever...
