Can't even imagine if I had found this early on, my guess is it wasn't on for very long!

I guess one can't complain for only 222.00$ with the wrong turntable and reproducer.

That listing has been marked as SOLD for weeks. No idea why it has not been removed long ago.

I was wondering the same thing, perhaps it garners a lot of traffic to marketplace or something?
I was questioning that crank as well, not that I'm an expert by any means, but it seems oversized for that player...
Again, for $220 I'd take a day off work, drive hours, pay gas, and drive back... I still have yet to find an external horn machine, all mine are internal but I'm not giving up!

Yes, the crank is wrong too, looks to be out of a inside horn machine.
I've never come across any Victor outside horn machines in my area, but the general population is pretty thin here on the B.C. Coast.
There wasn't a lot of money back then in this area.

Crank is wrong, but turntable looks to be OK for a Vic-IF. Starting with the -IC (if memory serves), the ten-inch platter was made of pressed steel. Earlier versions had an eight-inch cast steel platter.
