I have a #22 Victor Flower Horn for trade or best offer. It is a very straight horn but does have light surface rust. The #22 was the standard horn on a Victor IV. I really need an original ID tag for a Victor IV but I would consider other offers of cash or trade. I can deliver to the Midwest Expo or the California Expo.
