It looks like an HMV163 Re-Entrant horn, and at that starting price it could be a steal.

Yes, it's a 163 horn (the smallest of the HMV re-entrants) as correctly identified by Roger.

Someone will be happy to buy it, especially if he or she can go there to pick it with a van. If it were near me, I'd buy it to build a modern gramophone around it, from scratch!

They are works of art. If I had more space I'd buy it and spray it an interesting colour and mount it somewhere as a show piece.

Basically, it's an all-metal version of the Credenza's horn, measuring six feet in length with the tonearm attached. I don't know if this would fit into a Credenza cabinet without substantial modifications, but for someone with a good condition--but empty--HMV 163 cabinet, this would make for an excellent restoration project.
