This postcard, which appears to be of Croatian origin, shows two women listening to an HMV Style No.11 single spring Monarch.
Nothing very unusual about that, but one of them is breast feeding a baby! What record might they be listening to?

Maybe a tune from a "Jug" Band?

"The snowy breasted pearl" ?

Would be interesting if someone could translate the message.
