I know this machine falls outside the scope of the forum really since it is electric... but hey...it is Columbia, and we like Columbia gramophones, so I thought you too would like to see this machine.
PS, it is not mine, it is in Japan.

Kinda nice... and it does fall into our common interests as long as it's intended to play 78s..

I have seen many threads referring to EMG gramophones which have electric motors and my only gramophone which has one is an Indian teak model, so no problem with electric motors !
Very nice gramophone you have.

Very nice, but although I am all in favour of originality it urgently needs rewiring to modern safety standards.
