Young lady on one of the Facebook groups has acquired her first machine and needs these parts to complete it. Anyone have? I debated whether to put this in Yankee Trader or here, and picked here.

Unfortunately. I don't have any parts to help... but Humanola made some beautiful and unique machines. I had a beautiful oak, tall upright that had a horn opening at floor level with the record storage above the horn
I sold it many years ago..sort of wish I had kept it.
I'll keep my ears open for those parts.

That one may be tough. Humanola wasn't exactly a big operation and I don't recognize that tone arm as being one of the usual suspects used by a lot of the third party manufacturers of the late '10s/early '20s.
Did she inherit the phonograph from a family member? If so, it might be worth poking around where it came from to see if a box of parts turns up.

No, she bought it.

Is Humanola the same company as HU-MA-NO-LA?
From what I've seen online, the Humanola logo is very different from the HU-MA-NO-LA mfg.'s plate that appears in JohnM's photo, and I spotted no reference to "the magnetic phonograph," for the Humanola models, whatever that refers to.

There has to be one of these tone-arms out there someplace. As clean as the finish looks I am sure it is going to be a good machine all fixed up.
I wonder whether the owner of this Humanola would want to join the TMF.

Never mind, I was able to answer my question. Humanola was based in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania; HU-MA-NO-LA was based in Kansas City, Missouri, so they're obviously different companies.

Interesting what a few hyphens can do. Who would have thought?
