What is the name of this Victor motor?

Can someone please help me identify this 4 spring Victor motor with its model number? If it was a HMv, it would be a 34 motor...but for Victor, I don't know, and after scrutinizing the photo I can see it is a Victor. Thank you.

"The Victor/Victrola Motor Identification and Repair" article by Harold Braker (and posted on the APS website "Members Only" section) identifies this motor as the Type 440.

There used to be a pretty comprehensive Victor motor identification thread here on the board, I think somewhere in the archives section.
If I remember correctly it was posted by John M many years ago.

Thank you, George. This motor came along with some other gramophone parts that I purchased recently. I will probably sell this motor, I don't really need it.
Thank yoo too Shane, unfortunately it is difficult to find photos in old threads right now on the forum, but we all hope and believe the photos will be back.

Harold’s Victor Motor Guide was first posted to the Talking Machibe Forum with Harold’s permission by me about 12 years ago.

And six months later a machine will come your way that needs this motor, and you'll wish you hadn't sold it! :o :o

Hehe, I know...we don't really like to sell away motors, but if you had seen my kitchen, bedroom and... even bathroom, you would have understood why I am considering selling it, Barry
I am anyway not collecting Victor machines, I have to put the limit somewhere, if not...I drown in gramophones. :squirrel:

Sometimes it’s possible to beef up the motor on an existing machine, reversibly, by subbing in a big 4-springer like this one for the standard 2-spring motor. That’s if you do a lot of listening and want extended time between windings.

My go-to is to sub in an electric motor because (say it with me, class) I HATE WINDING, or install a Motrola.

It doesn’t take up THAT much room, really, does it?
