Here is a seldom seen accessory and advertising item to add to your Edison Diamond Disc phonograph. It is an oil bottle from the 1919 period of New Edison Diamond Disc Phonographs from the New Edison Shop in Winona, MN. The New Edison Phonographs, as this new grouping of phonographs were called, highlighted such models as the B-19 Chalet, A-100 Moderne, H-19 Hepplewhite, S-19 Sheraton, J-19 Jacobean, C-19 Chippendale, W-19 William and Mary, the C-450 Adam, the L-19 Louis XiV and the IU-19 Italian Umbrian.
The bottle itself is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The label shows some flaking, but it is amazing the label survived at all. The original cork is in place with some original oil still inside the bottle.
