The serial number is 23664.
Any information would be greatly appreciated

Dating this one could be trickier than otherwise because of the Edison-Bell (?) tag on the upper works. In the U.S., a number this early would have a brass mandrel and early style carriage with reproducer clips. The single half-nut is also a later addition.

Can you show a picture of the motor and note the motor number stamped on the front of the motor frame?

3403. Is the number.

3403 is around the cusp of the changeover from the United States Phono Company motors to the typical Triton motor. If the gears are spoked and the governor weights are cylindrical, it's a U.S. Phono Co. motor.

Based on the casting, the motor number, and lack of trademark, I'd estimate this one just before November 1897.
