Hi- Brian Parlier- thephonographshop.com sells reproduction Rastus', complete with mechanism, for $98.
He also has the Fireside lid clip you are looking for.

Doing well. I didnt know Mickydoo was you! Hope you're doing ok.
I'm heading to the Wayne show this weekend. My wife is going with me. Only her 2nd show in 37 years of marriage!
