It's very hard to be categoric based on not-very-sharp pictures, but from what I can see I believe the base and probably the mandrel to be original. It is definitely not one of Bill Ptacek's replicas, and he is the only person I'm aware of who ever made this style of tinfoil reproduction. However the speaker arm on top looks to be a replacement that doesn't match the design of the original. The crank handle looks a bit odd in the photos but that may just be the angle from which they were taken.
