These are tough to find. Don Gfell made one for me a few years ago. I would suggest speaking to him, he may well have a spare.

Still looking for an original. Always a possibility as most
of us in this hobby for years have hoarded parts.

I had an entire case, including lid, for sale on the TMF a few weeks ago. It sold instantly.
