FOUND - VV-XVI Flat foot

Searching for a single VV-XVI foot, specifically the flat part that sits on top of the castor wheels. I am missing one for my XVI. Would be willing to buy or trade for an appropriate item/price. Located in Philly. Image attached of the specific part of the foot for reference.
