:D I was to say... Change the cylinder! Then you can switch from the Columbia Band to, say, the Arthur Pryor Band! :) :D (pardon the pun)

Any good resources to get a belt for an Eagle? It seems they’re shorter than what a typical Edison would require.

You can buy new leather belting, and cut it to fit.
