Hello HMV Lovers,

My HMV 163 plays wonderful music using my hand-made susudake bamboo needles. I polished the records with Ibota wax, which is also used for Japanese Katana swords. I hope you like them

Lovely sound ! Do you suggest polishing the record before play?

No, you don't have to polish every time you play, if you have already cleaned the record and polished it with Ibota wax. I have been using Ibota wax for 40 years and my hand-made susudake fiber needles glide as smooth as possible.

Ibota wax and susudake are introduced in youtube. The susudake is very old Japanese bamboo which was used for frame-work on grass roof. They are about 100 to 200 years old and very very rare. I sell Ibota and susudake needles on ebay, if you are interested in. All the explanation are there on ebay. Thanks for your interest.
