Is it possible to approximately date this record I wonder from the label ?

Does it have any numbers or letters engraved in the shellac area around the label? If there are, these could be matrix numbers or pressing numbers which could help identifying the recording. Also if examining the label under a strong light, some hand scratched numbers or any info written there can be read ..
