FOR SALE: Unusual Cylinder M/G Horn - $200

I am selling an unusual moving glory cylinder horn. Please notice the twist in the panels. Can anyone identify this horn? The horn is very straight but has had an amateur restoration and I don't have the skills to properly restore. The firm price is $200 and I'm happy to deliver the either the APS Midwest or California Expos. I imagine it is cost prohibitive to ship.
