Condon Autostop Questions

I recently found a nice Condon Autostop complete with the piece that mounts to an Exhibition reproducer and the instruction sheet. The rubber pads on the bottom have hardened, and also stuck to the instructions, as shown. I wondered if anyone has suggestions for a good replacement material for these?
Also, would anyone be willing to send me a scan of a complete instruction sheet if you have one? Thanks in advance.

The first thing that came to mind as a replacement for the pads is a material called Dycem that is a 'grippy' plastic sheet material. I've seen it used by occupational therapists to fashion handles, etc. for folks who cannot grip well. Perhaps you can contact an OT to see if they have a small amount available from which your pads can be cut.
