Good news for music lovers! (Well, maybe not the Bing Crosby "White Christmas" master, but all the rest.)

What an excellent bit of news. It will be years before the friuts of the labour are visable to the public but at least they have been saved. Lets hope other companies do the same.
I just wish that EMI in the UK would do something similar with their sound archives...but I feel its unlikely.
