Can you spot the painted part?

All the nickel plated items in the picture are polished except one that is painted with metallic paint , can you spot it? After trying 20 or more different paints over the years to touchup small nickel plated parts i found one that works great, Rustoleum mirror effect.

Hard to judge from an online photo, but if forced to guess I'd say probably the start/stop lever.

Nice oak XI-G. My mahogany G is slightly younger than yours, serial 370333G.

I also say crank and crank bushing.

You got it, its the crank bushing. The crank is not painted, grinder wire brushed. All the rest is just cleaned and polished including the brake lever. Looking at the bushing, is very hard to tell its painted, it blends very well with the rest. I would never paint a tone arm.

It's painted with Rust-oleum Invisible Effect.

Havee you considered getting parts replated? Given the high caliber of work that you do, spray painting and wire brushing are not on the same level.
