Here is a freshly rebuilt just like the factory Edison 4-minute cylinder recorder, with original diaphragm and great original stylus. The body is nickel-plated brass and fits into a carriage nicely.
This recorder will allow you to experiment with 4-minute recording, however I, along with other collectors, would suggest utilizing brown wax blanks rather than original 4m black wax blanks as the hardeners in the black wax blank may contribute to stylus wear.
