FOR SALE: EDISON FIRESIDE MODEL A $550

Edison Fireside Model A. 2/4 min combination, ID Plate No. 29056. The phonograph has been stored for many years and is in original untouched condition and readily restorable. The bedplate striping is original. You don’t find originals like this anymore - - - an easy restore. The Model H reproducer plays loud and clear, probably does not have to be rebuilt.
The phonograph motor operates smoothly. Nothing is missing. Case will refinish nicely as all veneer is intact only old finish flaking. Lid clips hold firm. Originally drilled for a cygnet horn. Then a good cleaning and lube. I just don’t have the time to restore this one . . . too many projects.
