I think this was posted before but here it is again: the disc record storage room at Sears in Chicago. There is a slim possibility it's actually Orthosean's basement , but I discount that rumour. I ran on to it when in sorting mode.
It's a stereoscope slide from a set that Sears Roebuck distributed at cost as a sort of infomercial for the company.
If you can make yourself go cross-eyed you can see it in 3D. :geek:
I want a copy of their free Talking Machine Catalogue. Eaton's Department store up here issued a gramophone and Edison catalogue too. I have one from about 1920
