Looking at the picture it seems to be a 2235 Model HMV 1701A. One of the last using the Kyber crystal flux compensator sound box. It looks like it has a Klingon bloodwood case that resonates to the 1.21 Jiggaherz at the quantum level.
Not sure though, it could be a Grundig.

Also possibly one of the Klingon dilithium-powered Krapophones produced on the penal colony Rura Penthe. Nobody had the heart to tell Picard that he got ripped off. Mostly the others just humor him these days.
