Are all 10 panel cygnet horns the same size. I know there is a difference with the connection point on the earlier cygnet horns but was curious about horn size in general..

Yes, I believe all #10 Cygnet bells were the same size. The #10 was intended for the Fireside, Standard, and Home. The larger #11 was made for the Triumph, Alva, and Idealia.
